I need to:

1. Adopt a healthy lifestyle. That means having nutritious meals and taking in extra supplements. I fall sick at the slightest lack of sleep and rest, so no more burning the midnite oil.

2. Reduce my stress level. Seriously, I get stressed easily with minor stuffs. That's why people find me 'bo-chap' about things, but I'm just really trying not to think so much so as not to stress myself.

3. Take note of my menstrual cycle. It's been a going haywire nowadays with minor bleeding and I even had a scare earlier, to which the doc prescribed as 'spotting', a common occurence for newly-married women.

4. Take better care of hubby. Simply relax and enjoy each others' company.
