Course batchmate, Fazy gets hitched! It was an all-purple affair, and she looked so gorgeous!

The day before, the fiance and I had our baju selection at the bridal's. It was a difficult process, as there were so many gorgeous outfits! But we had in consideration about colour coordination and the type of suits. In the end, we made a choice comprising of both modern and traditional outfits. Hint - there won't be any cliched whites. ;)

Oh, there's a snapshot of the elder sis's wedding that I've been wanting to share for ages. Here it is!

They looked regal in traditional Malacca outfits, heavy headgear and all, till her scalp bled! But who would expect as she had on her sweetest smile the whole time she was on the dais. Till this day, she blushes when I tell her how gorgeous she looked that day.
The fiance and I chatted with the guy at the bridal's, and he shared with us about the typical Malay society when it comes to weddings. The short of it all is that, people are bound to talk no matter how grand your wedding is, so the most important thing is to have something that you can afford, and not for the purpose of pleasing others. It's your wedding, your money (unless your parents sponsor), so the onus is on you to make your own wedding plans into reality. Never ever succumb to ridiculous requests from people who only know how to talk.
Meanwhile...can't wait for the next course of action!

And she waves goodbye...
