The work week ended with me feeling so down in the dumps. Won't describe why, except quoting what sis wrote in her bloggie, 'In life there are politics, and people will judge you, regardless.' It's pretty hard when people come down harsh on you when in actual fact you're trying to do your best. And 'curry favour'?? Me? To those who really know me, they will know that I'm totally incapable of doing that. Is being plain nice wrong? Do I have to be a biatch to gain respect? Well, I do know people who are total b****es, and yet people actually like them. I don't understand at all!

Precisely why today I decided to just chill out and hang out with people who accepts me the way I am. The night started with a simple course of dinner at a fast food outlet, talking, laughing and joking. The sister's boyfriend was wacky without even trying! He sort of gave us a laughing therapy session. Did a lil shopping, met the fiance and had a few games of pool. Sis is getting pretty good at it! While I still need lots, and I mean LOTS of practice. The guys were good though - Ajid was teaching me the fundamentals, 'cutting and slicing' the ball. The pool ball lah! Without realising, we were the last to leave the pool place and headed home. Check this - the sister's bf took public transport lah! No 'weng weng' for the day.

And as usual, Ajid was the angel again. He gave me lots of encouraging words which made me think positive again. And again I was thinking, this guy is sent to me from heaven. Tomorrow he will be away on his fishing trip again. Haiz ... and what do I do for the weekend ...?
